My personal journey to health began when I overcame ovarian cancer at the tender age of 18. Later, I found myself grappling with pain, bloating, and digestive problems, eventually developing colitis, an inflammation of the colon. I was feeling terribly ill and traditional medicine seemed to have no answers for my healing. This sparked my exploration into natural health alternatives.
Recognising the need for more in-depth knowledge about health, I made the decision to become a naturopath. This journey led me to the root cause of my health issues and provided healing. It was this personal experience that inspired me to help others.
Armed with this knowledge and my personal experience, I am now prepared to help others embark on their own health transformation journey by providing Metabolic Makeover.
